By using QuickWorkForm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
License and access
QuickWorkForm is a one-time purchase software tool. Your $39 payment grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for one user account. This license covers personal or business use for creating quotes, contracts, add-on work orders, and receipts. The free True Rate Calculator and the 3-form trial require no account and are free to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell, sublicense, or share access to your QuickWorkForm account; use the service to upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; or use the service in any way that could impair performance or security for other users.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the documents and client content you create. QuickWorkForm retains ownership of the software, branding, and underlying platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for behavior that harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
QuickWorkForm is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
